Dr. Siegel and her assistant Karen were simply wonderful… getting a RCT isn’t exactly what you want to go thru but they talked me thru the entire procedure and were very gentle, made me feel very comfortable and not exactly hate the thought of a RCT! They were Very on top of letting me know how the tooth might feel after and how to be on top of making sure i don’t have to much discomfort!! I would highly recommend for any endodontic treatment!! Thank you both!!!

Awful! Called for an emergency appointment and they couldn’t see me for over 48 hours. Called another dentist office and they got me in the same day and I’m not even a patient there!

I don't want to return because of the actual dentist that saw me. Went in last week and everything was great! But then the actual dentist checked me out. He deserves zero stars. He checked my mouth for 30 second or so. I wish I could upload a video to show how aggressive he was. Then pressing as hard as physically possible with the 'dental explorer'. It's like he wants to break your teeth so you return.

I had my dentist send over my X-rays over 3 months ago. They never got back to me. I reached out to them today and they told me they don’t take new patients. It would be nice if the told me this. Stay away from this group.

I had a very poor experience at this office as a (no longer) new patient, due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk staff. From the moment I called to make an appointment, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and made the entire process feel like an inconvenience. I was told that calling my prior office to obtain records and insurance information that I did not have access to (and my old office was happy to provide) was "too much legwork". I was met with impatience when asking simple questions, and their attitude was unnecessarily nasty. On the other hand, the dentist was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant visit.
