I just wanted to share how incredibly impressed I was with my visit today! Seriously, the entire team made it such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone was so patient and took their time to really walk me through everything, which I truly appreciated. They were all incredibly gentle and made sure I felt totally comfortable throughout the whole process. My teeth feel absolutely amazing – sparkling clean and fresh! And a special shout-out to Dr. Pringle; he was super cool and made me feel completely at ease. Also, Michelle Walsh, the hygienist, was an absolute gem! She's genuinely the sweetest and most gentle person you could ask for. Thanks so much for such a positive experience!
Nobody likes going to the dentist right? Well you might change your mind with this place. I switched from a different WNY Dental location to this one and I don’t regret it. Everyone I encountered from check in to check out were extremely nice. Michelle, the hygienist that did my cleaning, was welcoming, kind and efficient. Dr. Pringle…well let’s just say I told him that he’s the first dentist I’ve ever liked!
Today was my first time at this office and it went very smoothly.Everybody was super friendly including the front desk and the dentists. Serge and Dr.Pringle were very thorough and easy to talk to. I will continue to come back here for future appointments. Thank you for the positive experience you provided!
I wanted to share with Western New York Dental Group that my hygienist at Gates has been with me for 19 years! Sergio has always been friendly, courteous, and very professional. 5/5 experience. My last appointment went very smoothly! While I had some issues with recovering my insurance information, staff were very patient with me. Ultimately, my appointment was time efficient and I was not uncomfortable at all. 10/10 would recommend this business to anyone needing a calm, accommodating environment for dental services. 😁🪥
