Western Maryland Dermatology Deep Creek Office

What in the world? I have called 7 times after being referred to this office for laser removal of a growth. Nobody answered the phone. I left a message and they called back and put me on hold. Then some one finally took me off hold and hung up on me. Their website is not accessable because its full of malware-according to my phone and my laptop. What a bunch of clowns.

My dad is 86 years old and the last 3 times taking him there. Have had to wait over an hour. Today it was a hour and a half. We left!! When I told the office clerk we were leaving all she could say was that" they were behind " No apology or anything!! Obviously don't care about their patients!! I see what they bill insurance for procedures. The respect for an elderly persons time is worth being considerate!! We won't be back!!!

Highly recommend Dr. Brown. I have been to this office before and hesitated to come back, but Dr. Brown was a new provider to me and he was thorough, personable and efficient.

Very clean office. Short wait time in waiting room as well as in patient room. Staff was professional and friendly! Dr was great! Diagnosed me quickly and explained everything to me in an understandable manor. I would highly recommend!

Beware!!! They will call you back for a biopsy review and tell you there is no charge as it is a follow-up visit. I was told the results of the biopsy and was given a prescription for an ointment (total time 5 minutes). I was then billed for an office visit. I will never go back.
