Total Shoddy work. I have had 1 crown break after 14 months and another come off before 2 years and my husband has had 1 come off twice now. Also she lied to me about the color of my front crowns and refused to give me my records. They told my new dentist that I hadn't had x-rays in several years which was a lie! I requested my records 4 times and her receptionist, Jenni Cox refused to give them to me. I had to call the Ohio Dental Board then she told them that I refused to give them my address. As if they didn't have my address or email (I got emails from them all of the time) Dr. Khetarpal is an arrogant incompetent vain jerk. The only reason she'll take you in quickly is because she sucks and isn't successful! I filed a complaint with Delta Dental and was reimbursed. NOW my husband will

So the Dr Khetarpal is an amazing dentist! But her office staff is TERRIBLE, I get yelled out for trying to figure out why I am being charged an additional $250 out of nowhere over 2 months after my treatment. They then threatened collections because I wanted an itemized bill and insurance documentation

I had Dr Brown and he pulled my front teeth which I did not want! Put in crowns cuz he knew Medicade would pay to replace the front 4 teeth! Then 1 by 1 they feel out within 2 weeks to a month! I got a letter that I was no longer able to come back there cuz I refused the partial Dr Brown had made, where I couldn't even speak well in.. He kept saying my partials were so aweful and wait till I got theirs! I there was so much metal that I couldnt hardly talk! The his reply was well we hardly made any money off of these!!! For real? Wow.. that showed me exactly what and why they came to the west side with just taking Medicaid only! I thought they really cared, I brought in Servattis for them and cuz I thought they were so nice! Dr Khetarpal and her staff were amazing! She’s so comforting and makes you informed of What the plan and process is with your treatments. I’ve been to many dentists in my life and Dr Khetarpal is by far the best I’ve ever encountered.

My visit was the best on 10 16 2021. I m very happy with my smile now, & can smile with pride. The care from the staff & the dr. was wonderful, making me feel welcome, & at ease. The kindness there is so beautiful I feel that I have a second family. Thanks again.
