Today I went in for my colonoscopy only to be told about 4 new bills that I will recieve after the procedure. No estimate of cost and no explanation before showing up today for the procedure. The doctor seemed like he was one of the most competent I have spoken with and his credentials are outstanding, however you are only as weak as the staff communicating or not, on your behalf. The lady at the Endoscopy Center insisted someone must have explained these charges to me, but they did not and she was absolutely right someone should have. I have been sick for a year now and have a hard time trusting the US healthcare system, well here is a perfect example of why. I called the office 4 times and left two important voice mails requesting a call back concerning billing and on seperate occasions

I was not happy with the staff. I was trying to schedule a appointment and they would not schedule me. They said that I didn't have to see the Dr. When do staff know if we need to see the Dr. Now they are calling me that I have an appointment. How can I have one when they wouldn't schedule me. This office need better staff. The Dr needs to know what they are doing.

Great doctor if you can EVER catch him when he's open. I call in the morning and afternoons, on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and once on a Thursday afternoon 12:20 and they're always closed!😤

The staff was very helpful and polite, dr. Beniquez answer all of my questions and show interest in what I was telling him. Very pleased with the service provided.
