Scam. They dont work for the hospital they work with the hospital as a collection agency our insurance covered the bill but the doctor now wants to get paid again? Some fraud is goin on here. Report to bbb.

After already getting hit with a $6,000 bill with renown AFTER insurance they sent me a random additional bill with an ER reference. And they want the money in less than a month from the notice. How is this legal

Had to call 7 times to get them to correctly send a claim to my insurance company and it got so bad that I had to three way call my Insurance company with their billing department to straighten this out. My claims show it was now finally recieved and processed, but yet these guys keep sending me a billing statement charging me the full amount. This is illegal and recommend everyone to go to a different hospital for your emergency care to prevent and avoid this annoying and unprofessional company. Everyone's reviews is justified and valid.

same as another review. I had an ER episode in June, paid my deductible and received another payment through a text, which I thought was a scam. They finally send a paper bill and I saw this Doctor less than 5 minutes. She said she would follow up and never did. Total cost $1458. What a joke

This pple 100% they are scams they send me invoices then I provide my insurance ID to claim almost 2months they don't contact my insurance company AZ complete health I let knw my insurance company ND they said they my be scam I spoke to one guy call christ Jim more then 5x ND evry time i talk he act like he is scam I believe they are nt legit FPI they should investigate this pple
