If I could give this office zero stars or negative stars I absolutely would. My first attempt to make an appointment was beyond disappointing. The front desk employee, I believe her name was Klaudia, was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in and made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily unpleasant. When I attempted to address the issue with the manager, it was just as bad if not worse. The manager was equally dismissive and unprofessional. It was very clear they were more interested in protecting each other than resolving a legitimate concern. I took my son here for his very first dental appointment and the dentist was absolutely wonderful. He was super fast and my son actually let him work on his mouth. I definitely am gonna be making sure he comes every six months because of how long my son behaved thank you guys so much. I recommend this place for anybody who has scared children.

Horrible service here! Took my dad to get a check up and was informed that he needed a tooth removed. My mom took a day off of work to take him only to find out they canceled the appointment without letting us know. Took him back the next week to get the procedure done, waited around for almost 2 hours for the doctor to poke him with the needle and then inform us that he can’t do the produce because my dad moves too much. We had previously informed them multiple times that he has a genetic disorder that makes him wiggle and they said they could handle it no problem. Now they are making us pay even more money to put him under to take out the tooth because they can’t handle the movement. My mom has to take another day off work to take him. I am so disappointed with the customer service I have received at this location. The front desk staff are so rude and unprofessional, including the office manager. Claudia who works in the front desk has made this such a negative and stressful experience for me. I will not be returning here after my treatment is done. I have filed multiple complaints to corporate regarding their behavior and I hope it will be addressed soon.

Absolutely awful. I’ve had five appts since 7/19/2025 as a transfer patient and have been continuously told my daughter cannot be treated. The ortho coordinator, Karen (go figure) Camarena, has made it MY responsibility to do HER job, despite me not even knowing the proper steps. Karen told me on 8/4/2025 that she’d send out for Medi-Cal approval and it would be 4 weeks turnaround. Found out TODAY 11/17/2025 that she didn’t have approval and she tried blaming me saying it’s because I needed a transfer letter. Mind you, she didn’t say ANYTHING about a transfer letter until 10/29/2025 AND still kept making me appts for my daughter KNOWING we would not get treated.
