My name is David Olmscheid and I have been a resident of Vallejo for over 7 years. I continue to choose Western Dental at 133 Plaza Drive in the Vallejo Plaza because of the incredible dentistry I have the privilege of receiving there. Dr. Jaspreet Saini and her most valuable assistant Mooloud never disappoint. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and the thorough same day visits I receive are beyond the scope. Professionalism at its best. The dental team led by Dr. Saini are quick to point out solutions that are easy on the budget. They really offer personalized dental hygiene care like I never received when I was receiving dental care from the high end dentistry. If i can give zero stars i would. To get any type of help with correct information is literally like pulling teeth. I have sent them my transfer form 3 times and gave them my information for the manger to contact me back. And i called today to see what is going on. Last email i sent was on Jan 23rd because they couldnt find my email from Jan 20th. And now its Feb 9th. I got the same run around again. The manager clearly does not care enough. Not even a little.

Had not been to a dentist office in a bit of time so I was abit nervous at the beginning. Walking into the office I was greeted with smiles and positive vibes. From deep cleaning to fillings the doctors took their time. Dr. Managing would take her time explaining everything that was going on checking every few minutes how I was doing during the procedures. Along with her assistant Alicia they took very good care of me and even stayed afew minutes after closing to make sure everything was done correctly and I was doing well. Definitely will be going back again to continue working on getting my perfect smile thank you!

I warn you now, never ever go here!!! I thought I had bad experiences with dentists earlier in life, boy was I wrong. This place is a money hungry, assembly line of torture. I will be demanding a refund, and I am considering further action. I was in so much pain and very anxious about my visit. Only two people in that office cared that I have this fear. One was the very nice girl on the right at the front. The other was the amazing tech who did my X-rays. She spent so much time with me. She coached me and guided me through the whole X-ray process. That was another phobia of mine, but she made it easy; I wish I could thank them both for it. They were amazing!! After that, it was all about making me spend more money once insurance paid.
