first off, the indian dentist woman is so mean. the tone she used with her tech the entire time while she filled my cavity was terrible. she was so rude to her. it is very uncomfortable having two strangers bicker over you while your mouth is wide open. secondly: the wait. i have been to this dentist office several times now. every time the wait has been at least 45 minutes. thirdly: negligence. several things have happened but here's the worst: i went in last year with this tootheache i'd had for about a year at that point. the pain had been constantly there, but up until then it was manageable. the dr suspected the tooth was bad and may need removal, but just to be sure, she suddenly and without warning me sprayed my aching tooth with an intese burst of cold compressed air. that turne

TLDR: 2.5 hrs after appt time I ended up walking out without a cleaning because it was that bad. 1pm appointment, arrived at 1, nobody behind the desk until 1:20. Tons of people were also there for 1pm appointments (names and times written on a clipboard on the desk for everyone to see). There was clearly not enough staff to accommodate so many patients. I wasn't called back until 1:45. I had the most uncomfortable x-rays I've ever had (and I've had lots of dental x-rays at many clinics) it was like having a big hard L bracket deep in your mouth and being told to bite down over and over again. I had to wait another 40+ minutes in the room before anyone came in. I was finally seen by the doctor at 2:40ish (100 minutes after my appt time). The Dr poked around in there for a couple minutes (

In my opinion it’s a hard minus 10. As they were attentive about getting me ready, I sat waiting for the dentist for 45 minutes, without any interaction. I had to get up and find someone to ask if they forgot about me, their response was the doctor is running a little behind. I gave them a few more minutes and had to find someone, again, after over an hour of waiting, without seeing the doctor, I went to the front desk and told them I have an appointment in half an hour. Nobody mentioned that the doc was running behind when I arrived and I have to leave. I live in Sonoma and will be late for my appointment in Petaluma. Not only did I waste time and gas but never got to speak to the doctor. I am very dissatisfied and will absolutely not recommend Western Dental to anyone.

My experience was great. They were quick about getting me in last minute and were very thorough during my teeth cleaning. The doctor and staff were so nice, would highly recommend!

You might as well take your tooth pain instead to go to this place because somehow they make it worse went there for 3 cavities they know I have really bad anxiety with dentists. They didn’t let my husband go in with me. The first time I waited over an hour for my appointment just so they could tell me they can only fix two cavities and I have to come back. The second time I waited over two hours just to be told my cavity is unreachable and I need a root canal’s. The wanted to call me back to recommend doctors that are covered by my insurance. It’s been nearly 10 days and I habentheard from them.the temporary stuff they put over myc cavity is uneven and loose. My tooth hurts like hell. There’s no way of reaching out to them. This is the worst dentist office ever.
