I went here last Wednesday for an emergency. Erika was incredibly friendly in addressing my concerns and greeted me with such kindness as soon as she saw me. David was so nice and calm when doing my x-rays and getting me situated in back. Dr. Dabbagh was so friendly and took the time to thoroughly examine me. I got my x-rays and exam free per advertisements and the doctor didn’t do anything unnecessary. I’m so grateful for their calm and composed demeanors.

My appt was 1/28/26 at 2p for a deep cleaning. I waited 20 minutes before I asked how much longer it was going to be. Which only then did they give me the forms to fill out. I have braces from a different ortho place and one of the ladies there said that they might need to take my wire off to clean my teeth, but I was like they've cleaned them before with the wire on. To which she said she was going to ask the doctor. This is not the first time I've waited way beyond my scheduled appointment. The doctor said she can do it with the wire on. They took my X-rays and had me sit at one of the chairs inside. I then waited till 3:15p (an hour and 15 mins after my scheduled appointment) and decided to leave and just reschedule. Customer service is great but their organization is poor. I had my new patient appointment rescheduled 3 times and it would've been a 4th time if I didn't cancel it. I scheduled my initial appointment on January 2nd. 1. They left a voicemail saying that they took the liberty to reschedule me for January 7th at another time that didn't work with my schedule because the person who took my appointment double booked the time slot. 2. I requested to shift it to 5 pm (which was available on their website's time slots) and that same day I received another call saying that they didn't take 5 pm appointments so I was rescheduled to another time for January 17th on a Saturday. 3. I had a horrible emergency issue that came up the day before with my what I thought was only one tooth. I didn't have enough money to go to an out of network 24-hour emergency care not evening or that night when I stayed up all night. I had called the phone number that was on my dental HMOs phone list and I got a corporate member representative who checked and said that they could fit me in to this location's appointment at 9:30 and that my insurance all checked out. I arrived that morning after being up all night and wasn't horrible pain on a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 20 and was met by a somewhat not so nice receptionist who kind of was all business when she told me you're not a part of this office We can't see you. Let me be frank with this review.. on 10/08/2025 my partner went in for a tooth extraction which was thought to be a fairly quick and somewhat painless procedure however, it was quite the opposite. The front desk staff not only neglected to communicate with my partner about REALISTIC wait times, they attempted to reschedule the tooth extraction procedure (this would be the 2nd time rescheduling). They are snarky, bitter people(women) at the front desk who LACK basic human decency and empathy. Now to the “Oral surgeon/dentist” who preformed the procedure, not only was he EXTREMELY incompetent but also EXTREMELY rude AND sexist towards my partner. Use demeaning verbiage such as “your tough just thug it out” when my partner expressed that they could feel EXTREME PAIN, what kind of person does
