DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, LISTEN TO THE WARNINGS IN THE REVIEWS! I am a pretty understanding and patient person having worked customer service my whole life. Please listen when I tell you that this place is a literal waste of time and money. Complete scam! I was seen earlier in 2025 and that appointment went... so-so. There were long wait times and I wasn't that happy with the work done on my teeth. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY place in Redding that takes my insurance. I scheduled my follow-up appointment well in advance, for them to cancel on me the day before! Rescheduled and waited over a month... got cancelled on AGAIN! The staff were so pleasant, Gabrielle and Dr. Mallari were so kind and patient with me through my appointment and really made me feel like I was being heard. Yes there is always a wait time but if I can wait a couple months to get in, then I can sure as heck wait a couple hours. I see so many patients yelling at the front staff as if it's their fault for the wait, it's not, so if your going to be rude and yell bring it to corporate, not them. They are just doing their job. Anyways, this place is great, and I'm grateful to have a place in redding that accepts my insurance!

Very unprofessional. I was scammed out of more than $300. They told me I needed scaling and root planing but performed the entire procedure in less than half an hour. If you saw this on your chart, just walk away! The office was understaffed, and my wife and I spent over 5 hours waiting. Money is hard to make for most of us, yet places like this make it in the easiest and most despicable way.

One star because the location. But my goodness this place is ridiculously slow. A 10am appointment led to being seen at 1pm. With one provider is atrocious.

Made an appointment. They confirmed it the day before. Yesterday was the day of the appointment, just to arrive to a note on the door that they were closed til the 4th. No call, no notice no nothing. Took a day off work for nothing. If I could give 0 stars for lack of communication I would.
