I am very pleased with my results and I had the utmost pleasant experience sitting in the chair for around 30 minutes. Went in to get prepped for my crown. The WD staff was amazing and polite. The Dentist and the Tech Assistant were extremely professional and knowledgeable in their assignment to take care of my dental needs. They were patient with me regarding any questions I had and listened to all my concerns; providing me with satisfying answers. Great experience!💙💛💙

The dentist didn’t send the prescription to the pharmacy and I had to wait so long for my medicine. It has been already 24hr and still not being able to resolve this issue. Omg it’s a nightmare. So this is what happened:. I had my appointment at 3pm on a Wednesday. When the dentist checked my tooth, she said I had an infection and I need to take antibiotics and pain killers so she said she had sent the prescription to the pharmacy two blocks away. When I got to the pharmacy they said the prescription has not been submitted. I went back to the dentist and told them just that. They responded that I needed to wait about an hour. So I waited an hour and went back to the pharmacy . The people i the pharmacy said nothing had been sent. So by that time the dental clinic was already closed and th

Never got a confirmation call or email so I called this morning to make sure I had an appointment, she confirmed I did. I came in today for my 6 month follow up cleaning that I scheduled at this location in March after my last appointment. They did x-rays, dentist told me I needed braces (I’ve been told this multiple times at this location and I have told them I do not want or need braces according to other dentists). I asked if I was getting my cleaning today and he told me “first time patients are x ray and exam.” I said I’m not a first time patient, I’d been here at least 4 times, and he was confused. He couldn’t find anything on my file. I don’t know where my information went or what could’ve possibly happened but this trip was a waste of my time. He told me I was scheduled as an “exam

So I'd visited this office a couple of times before and had no issues, until yesterday.... I arrived at 3:30 for my 3:30 appointment. After about 15 minutes they called me in and put me in a chair and then I just... didn't speak to anyone for the next hour and twenty minutes. Eventually, at 5:05, I had other things to do with my day and just walked out. Another patient who checked in at the same time as me was still waiting in a chair too, so the issue did not seem to be limited to just me. I, for one, won't be going back here.
