I came to this office and everyone was really helpful and nice. I got my braces done and the coordinator Nina was very professional and understanding. I would recommend this office for anyone who doesn't like to go to the dentist. They will make you feel really comfortable.

I took my 95 yr old dad in for dentures. He was treated by all with the upmost professional service and thoroughly everything was explained to us on the process, insurance coverage and helped us out with care credit. He was very happy which was very helpful to him during the procedure being done. Dr Jiu was amazing.

Yay, I just got my braces removed!!! I’m going to miss these guys—specifically. Dr Nguyen, Erin, Michelle & Eliza are SO comforting/welcoming/soothing, and beyond… I would drive from San Francisco for my adjustments. Each/every time—-they hooked me up. Now, look @ my smile…

Angelina took the time to really help me understand my treatment plan and walked me through my insurance coverage step by step. She also helped me explore financing options, which took so much stress off my shoulders. I never felt rushed or confused, she genuinely cares and it shows.

!!!!!!!!!!!Warning Beware!!!!!!!! I went to get fillings and they MESSED UP BIG TIME. I visited another dentist office and they told me the overhang was so bad he’s surprised it held up for this long. When I was at Western Dental, I told him my filling feels rough like it’s not in all the way too and he sanded it down a little and said, “there you happy” not sure of his name but it was the Indian doctor. They basically have beginners using you as their guinea pigs. Go somewhere else… anywhere else!! This is my second review, all staff is rude always a negative experience. If you don’t want to work there go somewhere else.
