If you are planning on being a new patient here, dont. I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time. When i asked when i would be seen. I was met with attitude, and told i dont know, and people were on lunch. I was told i had to be put into the system, the paperwork they had me fill out there that had to be input to the system, i had already sent them online. Several patients went in before me, that had arrived well after me. If you are checking in patients, how are you still putting my info into the system? And i cannot be seen until my info is in the system (staff stated). I was very polite when i approached. Not sure why i was met with extremely rude replies, considering neither of the front desk ladies told me id be waiting well over 30 minutes past my appointment time. I feel an

This has been the WORSE dental office I’ve ever been in. First thing I noticed since I walked in was that the reception area was dirty. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned from the night before. The receptionist was rude and looked annoyed, keep in mind my appointment was at 9 am so I was one of the first patients walking in.. I can’t imagine how she acts when it’s later in the day. As I mentioned my appointment was at 9 am and when I walked in I was the second person there, I had to wait till 9:40 am to be called. I was walked in and taken to get X-rays. They took approximately 20 minutes to take them because their machine wasn’t working properly, which is understandable, but the waiting time is insane. Then I was walked over to the last room to the right where the doctor was seeing me. T

Nancy was very helpful explaining my son's treatment plan! She was very Nice.

The attitude of the young man in charge of receiving people and handing out the documents to fill out was inappropriate, as he spoke rudely both to a lady who arrived with her daughter and to me. I believe that customer service is a fundamental aspect, since the person at the front desk represents the first impression patients have of the establishment. Unfortunately, on this occasion, that impression was negative. I truly hope this can be improved in order to provide a better experience for those who come in. 🙏

My appointment was at 2 and I was call in at 4 pm and didn’t have enough time to do my daughter’s braces now. I have to wait 6 more weeks and come back. Also front person Alison gives very bad service, she’s not helpful and gives attitude. It was been 4 times I have a bad experience with her.
