The operator for scheduling initial appointment was not helpful at all and hung up when I asked to speak with the actual office on scheduling timelines. From the get go, her attitude was poor and disinterested, and generally had no interest in answering questions. I was probing for appointment availability and let her know that my insurance was on a timeline since I was picking up work and my new job does not cover dental. She was very annoyed that I didn't go with the first option available despite multiple times being available that day and the next and you could tell. When I asked her about what the schedule would look like after the intake appointment since I'm on a tight turn around and didn't want to waste anyone's time, she simply repeated herself with distain and wouldn't even bot

I had an incredible, life changing experience. Lily went above & beyond for me. I’m so grateful to have met her. Dora was kind, and Dr. Spenser was extremely knowledgeable & gentle with me. The entire team & their state-of-the-art equipment made me feel so cared for. I even received a thoughtful dental goody bag! Horrible experience! Went in for Wisdom tooth extraction, was in so much pain after 2 weeks. Ended up in the ER due to pain pills prescribed to me caused stomach inflammation. Went back to figure out why, the office staff said that the oral surgeon only comes once a month and no way to contact for help or have anyone to help me. They did an xray and found a piece of tooth was still there. They did nothing to help and said to come back a whole month later to remove the tooth. I was in too much pain so i had to go to an emergency dentist who were able to take it out and see that it was also infected. If i hadn't gone somewhere else, i'd still be in pain. Truly upset and spent money on a botched job. In process of taking action.
