This Western Dental Pediatrics office is AWESOME! Alma at the front desk is so sweet and so friendly she remembers the patients names. So as soon as you walk in, you're already greeted with a very friendly face, and you feel cared for when you first walk through the doors. Then Rosa, the hygienist did such an incredible job making my daughter feel comfortable. She is seven years old with autism, and it has been quite a journey getting her to sit in that chair and Rosa did it! God bless you Rosa! Then Dr. Farah, He was so patient with my daughter. He was actually able to inspect her little teeth and I am sure that when I have to bring her back for her procedure, she will let him do it because she was so comfortable with him. Great customer service. Alma front desk staff was very helpful. Answer all my questions and very patient in reviewing my children’s file. She is always very friendly with a welcoming smile. Dr. Shah was also available to answer additional questions after completing Dental Care for my children. Children’s Dental Group had been a great office to my family.

They don't know how to keep appointments. I have gone in several times after I made and appointment and they sent me a confirmation with the exact appointment. They tell me that I am not in the schedule. Then I have scheduled directly at the desk and that day comes and they still said I didn't have an appointment. I made another appointment at a certain time and they sent me a confirmation with a different time. They wouldn't pull me painful wisdom teeth without bone grafting which they tried to charge me nearly $1000. If you go to another western dental office, they don't share your dental information. So they want you to do X-rays and exams all over again to determine what procedures you need even when you show them what has been approved by your insurance for their company. I'm done wi
