I had a good experience at Western Dental. The staff was polite, the clinic was clean, and the dentist explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. Appointment was on time and the overall process felt smooth and professional. I would recommend this clinic for routine dental care.

I came to have a tooth extracted under my insurance, and waited 3 hours and 30 minutes. I sat in the chair, they prepared the injection, the doctor looked at me and went to lunch, they didn't know how to get money out of me. He comes back and says we'll extract the tooth for free under insurance, but you need to pay $625 so that you feel good after the extraction. They're scamming everyone as if everyone is stupid! Today I went and had the tooth restored elsewhere for $500. I'm giving it one star because there's no lower option.

These guys are totally ridiculous. They make you wait for hours. No apology, not concern for patients time. When I complained, they say, you just have to wait. The doctor will see you when they are free. Is this and easy to value customers time?
