I had a very unprofessional experience at this dental office. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, yet I waited an hour with no communication or apology. When I asked for an update, I was spoken to in a dismissive and confrontational manner instead of being treated respectfully. What made the experience even more concerning was the condition of the office equipment. While waiting, I noticed exposed wiring inside dental equipment with a napkin stuffed inside (photo attached). This raised serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and overall safety. Patients should not be disrespected for asking about their appointment time, nor should they feel uneasy about the environment they’re being treated in. I’ve been a patient for 10 yrs . I usually recieve a reminder call for my 6 month appointment. I called in January to check on my appointment. The call center rep proceeded to make me a consultation appointment ( a huge language barrier) I explained to her that I was a patient of 10 yrs I ended up hanging up . Last week I recieved a call for my appointment 7 mths later! They lost my January appointment I’ve noticed how this office is going down hill . I’ve never had an issue with this office up until this last visit . A 2 hour wait for a regular cleaning is beyond ridiculous! I had X-rays done again! I just had X-rays done 7 months ago . The tech and doctor stated that I hadn’t had X-rays since 2022! They claimed to have found them but never showed me my past X-rays to reassure me tha

I had a great experience here. I came in as a new patient and was able to get a few things taken care of the same day since they happened to have an opening towards the end of the day. Dr. Kumar is genuinely funny, and the assistants in the back were kind, gentle, and made X-rays and treatment comfortable. The front desk staff were personable and knowledgeable, and they really helped me understand the financial side of the procedures I needed. The clinic itself is clean and modern. If I could suggest one small thing, it would be to give the bathroom a bit more attention throughout the day. Overall, this office is organized and a good place for dental care.

Dr Kumar & Mara are amazing and funny!!!! Great environment and energy. They made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. I will definitely choose this location for any work needed on my teeth, because Dr Kumar and his staff will make sure I get the right treatment every-time. No complaints! If you need any work done and quick.. trust me, please come to this location.

Every single time I went in, the lead dentist was rude, and dismissive. The ladies at the counter were miles nicer and more polite than the main dentist. When I had asked about specific questions when it came to my teeth, he gave me the cold shoulder and was super quiet about it. Told me that “this is the only place to get my teeth properly taken care of” that kinda rubbed me the wrong way, if you want a rough service on both teeth and professionalism, certainly come here. Don’t call the 1-800 support number either, made a complaint and was told about a follow up on the call and they never got back. That’s what I get for Fairfield dentistry.
