As a new patient at this dental clinic, the facility is very welcoming. If you’re a first time patient at this clinic, I recommend you to arrive a bit more earlier than your appointment time because it tends to get busy depending on what day you go. It’s clear that this clinic is popular, given the fact they have a lot of patients. The staff were incredibly helpful during my visit. Thank you for your service.

I do not recommend this dental office. After waiting over two hours, my teeth were cleaned very aggressively by an Asian male dentist, and the cleaning was not thorough. Unfortunately, long wait times have been a consistent issue—each visit has required a minimum two-hour wait. In addition, the office repeatedly recommends unnecessary procedures that are not covered by insurance, requiring out-of-pocket payment. Overall, the experience has not been worth the time.

If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star; it doesn't deserve it. Western Dental at 11450 Valley Blvd, El Monte, CA 91731 does not provide good service, starting with the receptionist Wendy. I have called many times to notify them that the referral to USC cannot be completed so that my husband can get an appointment for the root canal. Just as I explained what the doctor suggested. I have called you many times and you only mention that you will look for another endodontic university where the procedure can be performed. Yesterday, October 30, 2025, I called again. They said they would return my call, but they didn't. Now, on October 31, 2025, I called at 12:40 PM and they told me that perhaps they were at lunch and that's why they weren't answering, and that they would send you an

Worst experience ever.!!! My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. Two hours later, I was still waiting to be checked in, standing behind two other patients. I have been waiting for this appointment because my last two checkups resulted in different opinions from staff, which has delayed the dental work that needs to be done. The continued waiting and lack of clear communication have only prolonged the issue and made it worse. The staff was dismissive, my concerns were not addressed, and the appointment felt rushed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.

It was a very very long wait didn't like it. My appointment was at 4:30pm came out until 8pm. The person in charger was very very nice but she is over worked needs more help .
