Elizabeth Bon from ortho just removed my braces and did a wonderful job! I was scared I was going to hurt but she handled everything extremely well and was very patient with any requests I had. Very kind person, she makes you feel calm and heard! The scheduler Isaac Gonzalez is amazing as well. Very awesome customer service and is very communicative! I forgot the main Orthos name but he is also amazing! He took his time with my teeth the entire 4 years I've been going. I really appreciate his thorough work. Thank you!!

Great experience at Western Dental. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and informative from start to finish. Before my procedure, one staff member even warmed my hands because they were cold — such a small gesture, but it meant a lot and really showed how much they care. I had all four wisdom teeth removed, and even though I don’t remember much of the procedure itself, I felt completely supported beforehand. The team was gentle, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend them.

It was such a pleasure for my daughter to be a patient here. From the start Issac in ortho was so nice, very thorough on explaining all of our options. Elizabeth bon in Roth was so sweet and nice to my daughter. It truly makes a difference in going to a dentist office that is a happy environment. We love it here! I want to share my experience with this dental office because it has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values respectful treatment, clear communication, or timely care. Throughout my daughter’s orthodontic treatment, we were given inconsistent and confusing information. After a mistake was made that required ordering a new retainer, we were first told the retainer needed to be worn at all times. Then right after, we were told it would be fine to go nearly three weeks without one immediately after braces were removed. This contradiction was concerning and felt careless. The staff repeatedly called multiple times back to back to confirm appointments, and when i said you have called me multiple times she said yeah until you answer we will call

Latrish is truly the smile of this office. She is consistently respectful, kind, and professional with everyone she encounters—even in the most challenging situations. You can literally hear her smile through the phone. Thank you, Latrish, for bringing such positivity and professionalism every day!
