Okay I was skeptical about western dental. Not gonna lie - I had a misconception about it. But literally everyone was so nice and helpful. The dental assistant gentleman with the rose tattoo was super cool and down to earth. the receptionist Dolores was extremely helpful and made the process beyond easy, especially when I had questions. I was worried before, but everything turned out great. If you’re not sure, come see for yourself :)

Front desk staff member Dolores was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout checking in for my visit. Her positive attitude really set the tone for the whole appointment. Overall, my experience at Western Dental was pleasant, and the professionalism and friendliness at the front desk made a big difference.

I came in to get my bottom braces done and Diana helped me. She was very nice, informative, and made the whole process quick and easy. She explained everything clearly and made it a comfortable, conquerable experience. I really appreciate her help and kindness.

I have gone in here and had multiple appointment switched without my knowledge. I am currently struggling with finances due to the person I was living with passing away and even though my living expenses just double due to the loss of the person I was living with the billing department refuses to help me with a payment plan. I explained that I have no money in my account, it is negative due to the huge change in finances and they will not work with me. All they care about is money not their patients. The only good thing about this locations is the kind woman at the front desk.

The ladies at the front desk are very nice and accommodating and the younger, male dental hygienist was very thorough and patient with me during my cleaning but the dentist I seen was a sham. I previously went to another dentist this year through a different insurance I had at the time and was told I had multiple cavities and needed to have a cap replaced. When I went to see this dentist, he shined his light in my mouth for about 30 seconds, clanked his tool against one of my teeth, and said I was good to go, apart from needing my wisdom teeth taken out. After explaining to him that I experience pain in an area, he didn’t bother paying any real attention to me and told me “the X-rays look good”.
