Western Dental & Orthodontics

I visited West Dental today and had a great experience. Jessie was incredibly patient and took the time to carefully review my insurance coverage and treatment plan with me. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions in detail, which made me feel much more confident about my treatment decisions.

Staff is nice. I don't know if they overbook, but I waited an hour until I saw the actual dentist and even when she saw me it was for about 2 minutes checking my teeth. I think she went to go work on another patient because one of the front desk informed me it would take another 40 minutes until the dentist gets back to me for teeth cleaning. I left. Rescheduled the cleaning. I understand that some appointments take longer than expected, but this was just ridiculous.

Stuff is friendly and nice. Doctor Jack and assistant Amany are here showing professional care and support that is very important for patient. Thank you so much!

Dr Dan, Erika and Diego were absolutely amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Always great to see them and they always have a smile on their face! Would 10/10 recommend

Had great service until I had an appointment and missed on the weekend. The appointment i missed, due to my children being sick and now they are telling me they can see me during the week, due to my schedule and being a single parent of 3 under the age of 6, my time is limited, during weeks due to work to provide for my children. I live in San Bernardino and was going to Chino, to have my family help watch my children who reside in chino.But that will not be happening no more.bad service.
