Ive had 4 visits to this office so far and I will say they have been great! From the receptionist ladies, Oral Surgeon , hygienist and Dr. Ho. I was super scared and they put me at ease every visit. They were so gentle and walked me through it all. Tooth extractions, deep cleaning, root canal and fillings. And the financing is so affordable! So happy I found this place.

It was my first time at Western Dental and I had a very positive experience. The doctor was friendly and approachable, and the X-ray tech was great, too. The office staff were also awesome--especially Marah, who went above & beyond to help me. Thank you so much!

This has been a horrible experience we talked about a price and as time went on they added other procedures to do so price steady went higher. Then sat down and talked to a lady she about them asking for more money we agreed to pay but wanted to make sure that was it and that everything else she needed was included like built in retainer. The lady said yes then I get a call from my daughter that there not going to give her a built in retainer because they don’t proved them mind you I just talked to them about this so many run around and now we have to wait 4 weeks to get the braces off 😡

The staff is unreasonable withe their service, they in order to repair my dentures they said I would have to be without for seven days. I told them I can’t be without my dentures because I have to work. I couldn’t get my dentures repaired and they refused to refund me for the service I already paid for.

If I could give this place a zero star I would they schedule my appointment for 1 o’clock no none came to talk to me about them running behind schedule, I was later told that the appointment was actually at 1:30 after waiting and waiting around for over an hour when I asked if I was going to be seen she told me that I was not going to be able to be seen as they were running way behind and that I needed to reschedule my appointment. I also had an appointment for my wisdom tooth removal at 2 o’clock the same day it was 230 and they still hadn’t called me back. They still hadn’t told me anything and when I asked, they simply said that there was nothing they could do about it Their surgeon was running late, but the customer service was horrible. They did not apologize. They were not empathetic
