⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming, the office was clean, and everything was well organized. Sisi was amazing—very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. You can tell she truly cares about her patients.

Been trying to get my braces off for some time now. The people at the front desk are very rude, and always seem to make mistakes on my appointments. It’s been 5 months I’ve been trying to schedule my braces removal, and every place I go says they did horrible job here. They are bigger business so I’m assuming they don’t care about customer service. Would definitely recommend taking money else where. They always have different dentist so it’s always something new with teeth. Overall just really bad experience general and ortho were both nightmares to deal with. Good luck 😊

Office staff can be condescending needlessly and do not schedule appointments asap when you are leaving. They make you wait a really long time to talk to the front to make a return appointment - wait times to be seen are also very very long. The dentist also gave me really bad advice about an impacted tooth which was the complete opposite to 5 other dentists advice.

The staff is amazing as well as my results so far from my braces. It is always a pleasure coming to my appointments as everyone here always has a smile on their faces! Definitely recommend coming here

Did you train people at the counter greeting at all. I have been there more than 5 times and no one ever say Hi or ask anything, until today I have to ask for the sign in board.
