Western Dental Kids

Today came to get a whitening. The dentist (Liz) herself was quick and more oriented than the other dentists I've gone to. Had brought my 2 younger siblings to get their's as well. (15 and 13). Had only taken an hour for all of us to get a cleaning while others it had taken longer than 1hr 30min. While she was working on my top row you could tell she had done it with care and precise persission.

Just took my 4-year-old daughter here for crowns, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The dentist did not fit her teeth properly. I noticed right away that the crowns looked crooked. When I brought it up, I was first told that they take 45 minutes to fully cement, but then just 10 minutes later I was told it was “already cemented” and nothing could be done. To make matters worse, the dentist left for lunch immediately after and referred us elsewhere to “get them fixed.” My daughter is now stuck with crooked crowns at only 4 years old. I have clear before-and-after photos that show the drastic difference in her smile. I really love bringing all 8 of my children here they’re all so nice to them even though we are loud in the waiting room the girl mari is very welcoming and sweet to all my kids

I’ve been bringing my son here for years and it has always been a pleasant experience. They are kind and attentive to the fact that the sight of much of the equipment used in the office can be a bit overwhelming for small children but they are patient and verbal adding a sense of ease for parent and child.

DO NOT bring young kids here. Staff are not trained to handle children, or even people. They're also startlingly unprofessional with dentistry in general. Probably the most horrific experience I've had with a dentist. My 4 year old had to get a couple of fillings, and the staff THREATENED her in front of me, told me I had to make her stop crying "or else", made the child go through anesthetic and everything just to do ONE filling. The plan was to do three fillings and a crown. They told me to bring my kid back next week, have her go through this traumatizing process again, anesthesia and all. I'm not coming back here ever. The dentist (middle aged lady, Asian, didn't catch her name) was extremely rough and impatient when handling my daughter, kid left with swollen cheeks, bawling. She ha
