Have been leaving messages for 3 weeks now, they never answer and don’t return calls :(

Once again, I have waited over an hour for my appointment! I will be switching doctors as soon as my surgery is completed. The doctors are great, but the staff are cold and there are a hundred signs that talk about money! Why should I pay a copay for an annual check up, when my insurance pays 100% for it? If you decide to be seen here, BE PREPARED TO WAIT....FOREVER! Don't make plans for afterwards!

I had a appointment with Dr Pamela Smith she's the best Tiffany too but after the appointment I wanted to talk to someone about my bill there is two women that work in the checkout desk. Ms I don't know nothing is one of them. she couldn't answer my question so she calls Mr Durial Alnaif aka Mr INCOMPETENT he's in charge of billing CHECK YOUR BILL.. to make a long story short I had someone on the phone with on a recorded line, and some of the things that he said was saded than a funeral. He was so confused at a point he turned and faced Ms I don't know nothing that had to explain what was dual and asked her. WHY DO YOU EXCEPT THESE PEOPLE. , CHECK YOUR BILLS ..the thing is it was probably a human error.,but he went that far..so I will not step foot in the office again..No problems with Dr

The the doctor seemed nice and caring .... THE STAFF ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP ... ONE YOUNG LADY WHO HELPS WITH TAKING THE B/P SHE WAS GOOD ( YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE ) THE OTHER STAFF WAS INSENSITIVE. THE ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT WAS MONEY. I CAME TO THE OFFICE ON TIME ONCE I GOT THERE I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY A LARGE SOME NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL BEFORE I CAME... THE STAFF WAS RUDE FROM THE FRONT OFFICE TO THE BACK .. I PAID FOR THE SERVICE , I ALSO CHANGED OFFICES THE SAME DAY ... I WAS TALKED DOWN TO AND PUNISHED BY MAKING ME WAIT ALL BECAUSE I WAS CALLING MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO CLARIFY MY PAYMENT... I WAS TO HAVE A TEST THAT REQUIRED I DRINK A LOT OF WATER,,,, THEY TOOK THE PERSON WHO CAME AFTER ME ALL BECAUSE I QUESTIONED MY PAYMENT... i WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY HE

Had my son with them and they were always supportive and listened to my concerns. Never wrote off what i said and communicated very well with us about everything!
