I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! They are friendly and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make they provide great customer service. They’re incredibly fast and efficient, and I appreciate how they take the time to explain everything clearly. It’s such a relief to have a pharmacy I can truly trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service and care!

I have been using Western Drugs for 40 yrs. Everyone there is knowledgeable and so nice. When you go in they know who you are. It's so nice to be a person and not just a number. They always have my monthly refills ready for me without me having to call and remind them. They take the time to explain about the medications and what to expect. If you can't pick up your order they will deliver for free. It's like visiting family when you go there. Other places may be a dollar or two cheaper but the personalized service is worth every penny.

My grandparents and father used this company for as long as I can remember. When their health started declining I had to take over everything for all 3 of them. It was a crazy mess and took sometime to get on track. A man named Art Hartownian who works here decided he should give me his 2 cents on how he thought I was handling things and ripped me apart talking very poorly to me and personally involving himself into a situation he truly new nothing about. He was very unprofessional, totally out of line and should seriously be ashamed of himself for involving himself into a situation he new nothing about.

Company vehicle with the name "western ave pharmacy" shouldn't be driving! Driving on the freeway recklessly, cutting people off.
