I want to take a moment to express how grateful I am for this animal hospital and the entire team who works here. From the moment we walked in, every staff member has been incredibly warm, patient, and truly caring. The hospital recently moved to a new location, and the facility is impressively large, modern, and spotless. It immediately gives you confidence that your pet is in good hands. My dog is quite old and has multiple health issues, and at other clinics I was often told that there wasn’t much they could do because of his age. It was discouraging to feel like there were no real options to help him feel better. However, after coming to this hospital, everything changed. As the owner of 7 dogs, I really recommend visiting here. All the time when I visit, Dr. Kim helps my dogs really carefully. Even if I ask a lot of things, she tries her best to answer. I really appreciate Dr. Kim and her team for helping me and my dogs. There's no reason not to visit here clean inside, kind team, and the prices were reasonable. I've been to a few animal hospitals, but there's a reason I keep visiting here. I really appreciate Dr. Kim for helping my dog.

I have been bringing my pets to Western Animal Hospital and have consistently had a very positive experience. The clinic is clean, well organized, and runs very efficiently, which I really appreciate as a pet owner with a busy schedule. The doctors are thorough and take the time to explain the diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps in a clear and honest way. I never feel rushed during the visit, and all of my questions are answered with patience and professionalism. It is clear that they truly care about the animals they treat. The staff are very caring and genuinely love their jobs. Brought my dog in on the edge of death with pancreatitis and they had him fixed up in 3 days time. Worth every penny. Thank you for getting my pup through the hardest challenge of his life!
