The staff are nice and wait time is low. The dentist is great too. My biggest issue is billing. I was told a certain cost that I agreed to and signed off on and paid. A month later I received a bill in the mail for $200. I called the number on the email to inquire and they confirmed I have an outstanding balance of $200 and I explained I paid $103 in person already which is the amount I signed off and agreed to. So I thought my fill ins would cost me $103 and it was actually $303. She said when you sign it’s just an estimate and not the exact amount. She advised me to get a pre-authorization for a more accurate number in the future but that makes me upset because that should’ve been done in the first place. I had a great first appointment. I'm usually very nervous at the dentist. But there manner was wonderfully open & informative. Great atmosphere. In short a good visit ,minus my tooth issues.
