I believe these "great" reviews are from patients who haven't experienced a good dentist or are being enumerated to leave these reviews. The Front desk here was wonderful, but the Dentist is the more important piece and my experience was not a great one. In a nutshell: I was in severe pain and my regular dentist's office was overbooked. I tried this place in desperation, which I had no problem doing because I was (1) in a lot of pain and (2) in search of a new location for me and my family, anyway. With the pain I was in, the dentist here took one look and said I had swelling and needed to have my wisdom tooth removed. I informed him that I had several consultations with surgeons over the years and none of them could remove it because it was sitting on a nerve. He proceeded to give me

The dentists here are ok but the front desk is absolutely the worst. The one who calls herself the Manager is mean, rude and could care less about the patients . She is unbelievably horrible. and acts like a she comes off the street. The other big issue is they have a group of dentists that come in sporadically. ONCE COME IN EVERY TWO WEEKS, and then goes on vacation so its often a month between visits. Then they use a lab that takes more than a month to get anything back so a process that takes 2 weeks normally takes months.

They pulled my infected tooth out on a Friday and didn't prescribe me antibiotics. Suffered like a dog for the whole weekend. On another occasion they referred me to a OUT OF NETWORK dental surgeon who wanted over $400, meanwhile my insurance covered the procedure for free. Stay away from them

I was going there for 15 years and then they dropped the ball. They disowned me after one of the dentists screwed up one of my Molars. I wish I had written down the names of those doctors. Never be rude to your customers. This is what they do if you don’t respect them. 1 year or 50 years, they are your customers.

Haven’t had any bad experiences as a fairly new patient. Staff seems nice and professional and like they are all knowledgeable in their jobs. Will continue going here.
