The worst customer service ever. The dentist is so rough. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone. Don't waste your money and your time. B Flores is the patient. Poor judgment.

Very professional & courteous. From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist, they all attended me in the kindest manner. During my teeth cleaning, they were very efficient but gentle. Very thorough with their job & explaining things. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Plus the place is very clean & organized. También hablan español para mi gente Latina. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitivamente 5 estrellas. Where do I start? My manager recommended this office to me and I couldn’t be anymore pleased. -clean reception area & polite receptionist -wait time is pretty spot on with the appointment time. -clean offices -Dr.Sandhu is AMAZING! It’s been a while since I went to a dentist so naturally embarrassment was in the back of my head but once I sat down she made me feel at ease! She works diligently alongside her assistants who are also fantastic as well. I got fillings done and felt absolutely no pain, she evened out and whitened up my front teeth which I really appreciated. The fact that she also remembers me and my ever changing hair when I come is also awesome. Very upset on how I was treated today and them being very inconsiderate. I have been going there for years, and i have recommended so many clients to them. My son was scheduled for two fillings, I must admit was 10 mins late. But they knew that because I did speak to someone when I was on my way. I was getting a ride from work in Melville. As soon as I arrived I was not even greeted by the receptionist. The doctor herself was at the front. Saying how they can only do one fill in, because I was late 10 mins. I tried to explain that I did speak to someone, and why wouldn’t they explain that to me over the phone. I would have not wasted my time going there.
