Westbrook Family Dentistry

I've come to this dental office for well over a decade, maybe even two. The staff are marvelously patient, kind, and friendly. Dr. Westbrook, the hygienists, and technical support team really know their craft! If you're new to the area or are on vacation when an emergency strikes, give them a call. They'll be glad to help you find the care you need.

VERY RUDE! Did not discuss Co-pay before or during visit just for a consultation. Got very rude with me when I calmly let them know at the front desk that I was not aware of a Co-pay and was told “we don’t have to tell you if there is a Co-pay or not just GET OUT and don’t come back” first and last time ever visiting here. I will NOT return or recommend visiting this dentist to anyone. Dr. Westbrook was very nice during my visit but the front desk was very disrespectful. Very bad customer service. There are better ways to handle situations! I do NOT appreciate how I was treated.
