I really didn't not like the attendance to my relative at all.At soons I walking into this facility for visiting my bother who is there for HEABILITATION treatments to recovering from a stroke, there was another patient calling for assistance for long time and nobody shows up.We had to ask someone to help that poor person.My sister her self, who was visiting,had to clean the patient bathroom becouse it was look bad.My brother finally could use it after we make looks better.Some employee are nice when we complain and they come to help soon,but others dont really care about it..Hope the place gets better after the complaints.I think the assistance gets much better after talking with people who is responsible for the patient recovering.That is were things gets better.

Activities coordinated an awesome Christmas party this year! Cocoa, gifts, Santa, decorations and a nice time had by patients and staff. Thank you everyone at Westborough healthcare for the work you all do.

This nursing home has all of the red tape, communication issues expected at any nursing home. One person can be so helpful to loved ones. At Westborough Healthcare that person is CANDY. She is patient, understanding, great interpersonal skills and simply a joy to deal with. Most importantly, from a professional standpoint, always helpfull. Her help in my navigating state, federal, private insurance as well as the VA has been invaluable. Thank you Candy and God bless: Walter p matulis JR.

My friend is here and not getting very good care at all. The staff doesn't seem to know what to do. Not trained to use a lot of the equipment. They are supposed to put in her hearing aids but couldn't find them, but made me go in the medication room to find them. She needs to use a bi-pap at night when they remember to put it on her. She had a ultrasound appointment but was not even out of bed so the appointment was cancelled. Showers? Very disappointed in this facility

While my father’s experience at the facility has had its ups and down since December 2023, new leadership has recently stepped in. I am very impressed by the new leadership who has shared passion, care and commitment to turn things around for the better. I see and feel the leadership’s commitment in making the facility one of choice for the patients and a welcoming one for the families. In the last two weeks I have met the new leadership almost daily to ensure my father’s care is stable or improved and I couldn’t be more grateful, not only on my father’s behalf, but also as family. I am confident in the new changes that are being implemented to make the facility safer, stronger and better.
