They staff is very efficient with paper work and getting your prepared before your first appt. Front desk is very friendly and professional. They had all my insurance information, copays, and break down of benefits figured out before I came in. The visit felt very comfortable and informative to assist with all of my eye needs. Dr Richmond made a genuine connection with myself by his knowledge, chairside manner, and educating a patient. I felt very secure and well heard after our visited ended. I was fitted for glasses and the marketing dept did fantastic. I love my new office

What a wonderful eye appointment! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Randall was thorough and explained everything clearly. His assistant was knowledgeable and answered my questions~ and checked, cleaned and tightened my current pair of glasses. Check in and check out was efficient and pleasant. I felt very comfortable and was so happy with my visit to West Wichita Family Optometrists in Goddard. I recommend them to everyone!

I love West Wichita Family Optometrists. Wait times are short and I was out within 30 minutes and that was with having a nice chat with Dr. Becker. Dr. Becker is a rock star. She’s personable, finds common ground with her patients, and makes the office visit enjoyable.

My Family of four all had appointments today. Staff got us right in and taken care of in a timely fashion. Dr. Randall was wonderful as he worked through all four appointments back to back; he was very knowledgeable and personal. Staff assisting with the glasses were so helpful and patient as well as we made our decisions. Would highly recommend this facility!

Today I made my first visit to the West Wichita optometrist facility in Goddard. I was very happy with the process. The facility is clean, neat, and comfortable. The building is easy to find, and parking is plentiful. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, and quick to help. My visit started precisely on time, and was handled very efficiently.
