West Valley Pediatrics - Buckeye

Zero stars. Absolute worst office you can bring your baby to! Staff never answer their phones and they gave my daughters test results to another patients parent stating that it was a misunderstanding. That’s a HIPPA violation. I let it go because mistakes happen but I still was not happy about this office after giving them another chance. The physician Damara takes 5 minutes every appointment except for my daughter’s first appointment; she takes max 5-10 mins. So careless it’s upsetting especially if your baby is not feeling well. I am a first time mom and after switching pediatrician offices I didn’t realize how bad west valley was. Please save your time and go somewhere else. Desert valley is my babies new pediatricians and I am so happy there. The difference is insane!

My kids see Dr. Berebitsky and he is AMAZING! he has checked up on us when needed during hard sick phases that need more urgent attention & has been so great to my kids health wise. Super thankful for the staff!

I've been bringing my kids to this clinic for 7 years now, since I moved to Buckeye. The pediatricians who have seen my children have been great. They listen to my worries/concerns and attend to them. I appreciate every pediatrician here, especially Dr. Vasquez and Dr. Manivong. I recommend this clinic.

My previous review was a mistake meant for another office entirely. West valley pediatrics has been nothing but amazing and given us the utmost care. I apologize if anyone seen that. You guys are great.

We absolutely love this office and Dr. Bajaj. The office is always clean and the support staff is very friendly and nice. we’re always taken back to our room within minutes of check in. Dr. Bajaj is absolutely fabulous. We’ve been seeing her for nearly 2 years with our son, and we just had our daughter recently. She recognizes us and asks about our son when we visit for our daughter without him. It’s a fantastic standard of care and makes every visit personable. Our questions and concerns are always answered and reassured. Can’t recommend her enough.
