I've been going to West Town Dental for about two decades. They have repaired cavities, several root canals and a bridge or two. I see them every quarter to have my teeth cleaned and checked. They have given me great suggestions to keep my teeth in good health. They are good people to do business with.

I made an appointment two weeks ago for a teeth cleaning and a night guard due to consistent grinding. They saw me 30 minutes late, and then another 10 minutes sitting in the chair. I did not receive a cleaning, nor did I receive an in depth examination, or x rays. The doctor was kind, but just explained to me why teeth grinding happens and that i need to come back for the cleaning and mold after they submit it to my insurance to see how much a guard would cost. Because nothing was done at this appointment, I asked him if i would be charged for the visit, and he said no. I also confirmed with the front desk staff if i would be charged, and they also reassured me, no. Last week, I received a statement that a claim was made to my dental insurance, and now I have a balance outstanding. This

My experience with Dr. Betty is awesome. I hate going to the dentist. I am 71 years old and I do try to stay regular but I found Dr. betty and I love her She’s a excellent dentist she Numbs you so you won’t be in pain when she gave you a shot with that needle and then she works on you and she really is thorough at what she does. I am very glad and I will go to her anytime. only one other dentist that I loved over the last 25 years but he is a Periodontic dentist Thank you for being a caring dentist Angela Holt
