I was referred by my doctor for a thyroid ultra sound. I have had multiple scans throughout the years and I'm very familiar with what it entails. The appointment time was fair, facility is worn and outdated but the staff was very kind. The room for the scan is incredibly cold! They excuses were that it was the machine, the fact is the room is inadequate for the equipment. The technician was very kind but the actual scan was sub par. When my doctor received them (and I rec'd a copy as well) all the scan did was veryify the size of my thyroid! No measurement of nodules. Exact quote from my surgeon "this is garbage". I did contact this office and ask why no measurements or other information was verified and I have not received communication back. I can't believe I had to pay for such poor ser

**EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL** I was Scheduled for a 1pm appt,we showed up 15 minutes early to confirm appt and check in. They took my copayment and I waiting 45 minutes with a FULL bladder, only to be told 'I showed up at the wrong time.' The tech was leaving, so they won't be able to see me. (My husband had taken time off, so we can recieve medical news together) The doctor was conveniently out of office, so my payment couldn't be refunded... I did not get my time or money back. I'm waiting for sensitive medical feedback and I absolutely did not need this added stress on top of everything else. If you can, I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else. Common currency, customer service, professionalism, and accountability wasn't present.

I guess the 2-star rating makes sense now. I walked in and there was no one at the front desk—phones ringing, no staff in sight. The sign said “check in here,” so I waited. Eventually a woman came from the back, sat down, ignored me completely, and got on her phone. I took a seat since I was clearly invisible. About 10 minutes later she finally asked if I needed anything. I told her I needed to check in, and she responded, “we don’t do that here,” only to immediately ask for my name and pull out paperwork… so clearly there was a check-in process. I had my daughter in my arms, and she pointed at her, made a face, and asked if I had anyone to watch her. I said no, and she made an even worse face and threw her hands up. Wait times are excessive to say the least. The waiting area is in need of repair. I overheard an employee state that a tech had left so they are currently down to one tech. Believe me when I tell you that securing a form of payment before services are rendered is far more important than actually helping people.

Great testing experience. Cheap price. The only thing is that I was told by the front desk that I would not be able to provide me a link to the portal for my results because “hippa law” and “it’s just for doctors.” That is odd because they are literally my own results so that makes zero sense also considering I was able to get a printed CD copy of the results so I’m not sure what the difference is. Other than that everything went well and the guy who did my MRI was nice.
