The incompetence is running the show! No one knew what was going on at any point in time. There are postings about the app but no one knows anything about it. When trying to find out the plan I was told that I shouldn't expect to get any answers and expecting anything at 11am on Monday when he was evaluated on Saturday. He was admitted on saturday and by monday at 11 am. i would assume they know if he needs help to go to the bathroom. They didnt and it was easier for them to give him a urinal than to find out. If I had not complained loudly and repeatedly they wouldn't have told me anything. I called the case manager and she said she would call me back. Then she left for the day. When the representative for the West Tennessee Healthcare Rehabilitation Hospital in Jackson came to speak with our family about my father completing his inpatient physical therapy at their facility, she lied about the services offered by other rehabilitation facilities that were closer to us so that my father would choose their location that was much further away. She also promised that his incontinence issues would be addressed by their physical therapists and nurses. I specifically raised my concerns about how the incontinence and the resulting poor hygiene issues had been poorly addressed at their Cane Creek facility during his last inpatient physical therapy with this company and that I was worried that the same issues would be repeated at their Jackson facility. My wife received excellent physical therapy and care here after a lengthy hospital stay. She was unable to walk when she arrived, and after ten days, was able to leave with a walker, and is still progressing. We had nothing but good to say about the care she received here.

They treated me very well rehab was really helpful I was much better coming out than I was going in

My husband was here over a year ago he was not walking they did wonders in 10 days .Now we are in Memphis and headed back up there he a proud man he worried this time because he can't even stand i told him not to worry he wants to real bad they have him back on his walker soon then he can get back to his cain excellent place then I no it will be again he excited to head back and get going👌👍I recommend it to anyone.
