I hope this reaches someone in management; your receptionist is totally out of line. Calls do not get answered, voicemails are not returned. When you do finally get ahold of her, she is condescending and rude. I was told I was going to get a confirmation for my appointment, but no outreach was ever done. I have a cognitive disability and was unable to accurately keep track of my appointment time and I could not get ahold of anyone to reconfirm the appointment. Instead of being understanding, the receptionist shamed me and told me that she would no longer be booking any appointments for me. As someone who came to your business looking for relief from my malady, I was put down and turned away. I just hope she doesn't treat her loved ones like this.

Never can get a call answered, and waiting for a call back is pointless.

Receptionist are rude and do not ever answer phones. I had to drive 30 minutes just to speak to someone and was told i would get a prescription and never got it and have been in pain because they do not care to take care of their patients and keep their word.

Had a good check up. Professional staff.
