I genuinely don’t understand how this hospital earns high star ratings. This is the same ER that told me nothing was wrong and sent me home in unbearable pain only for me to be right back here needing surgery. Amazing continuity of care. Truly. I haven’t been able to walk or sit upright for more than 10 minutes since the injury, yet they scheduled my surgery three hours before a pre-op room was available. Translation: you get to marinate in hard lobby chairs while in severe pain. Every so often they call your name...hope sparks...maybe a bed? Relief? Nope. Just to haul your barely mobile body back so you can state your birthday for the 12th time, then get sent right back to the lobby like it’s a customer service scavenger hunt. My mom is sick and back in the hospital for the fourth time in 6 months. They always treat her so well and really keep her spirits up. But I wish they could figure out all of what's happening and stop sending her hope before she's well enough

Great place to have surgery! Staff was incredibly polite, highly skilled, and acted like they really care for their patients!

Had outpatient surgery on September 30 The team members that helped me were kind and knowledgeable. Each one gave me clear instructions and information as we were getting ready for surgery.

The nursing staff and CNAs are fantastic. The doctors seem rather aloof and standoff-ish; however, this is unsurprising in an era of assembly-line surgery.
