Dr. CODY West is incredible, patient, kind and such a great orthodontist. I just finished my treatment and everyone there has been so helpful. If I broke a band they got me in the same day to replace it. They always answer the phone and are pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Dr. Cody!

HUGE JERK!!! Son and father duo son seems super nice but that dad (old guy) is a massive jerk to children. He is rude has no patience with kids. I paid him almost 2000 dollars for a piece and the way he treated my daughter I WILL NOT be back! I would rather go to billings. Won't allow parents in the back to hold kids hand if they are bawling for mommy or daddy. Now the son he seems much nicer but u can't promise u will get him!! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR CHILDREN!!! very hard on them pulling and prying on them. If the child don't comply cries or is a hassle to him he is rude and leaves the room tells you if the child dont Comply he cant help even though he is already paid and a fix is letting kid hold parents hand and has no problem showing he is irritated. I get being tuff to get them to list

If you want to get Orthodontic treatment this is the place to go, Robert West is definitely a perfectionist so I really trust him to make my mouth beautiful and all of his assistants are really enjoyable! Overall my experience this far has been a very good one and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I'm a general dentist, I got braces at Dr. West's office 14 years ago when I was a Malmstrom AFB. He did great work, minimal rebound, lingual bar still holding after all these years. Highly recommended.
