I wasn't impressed with the attitude of the pharmacist. The employees were OK. The one woman who was working there was very nice and efficient.

I used this pharmacy for a few years and it was almost always a poor experience. I was told it was normal to not be able to reach anyone on the phone for almost 48 hours, and this happened twice. They frequently didn't communicate with my doctor's on important medication refills like they said. Then when I tried to switch pharmacies to rite aid it was like pulling teeth! They didn't want to talk to me and it took me driving to their store twice before they finally sent the prescriptions over. I was told by a pharmacist at rite aid that West Olympia pharmacy is "notorious" for not wanting to transfer prescriptions and it might be easier to get brand new prescriptions from my doctor's. I've never had a pharmacy be so unwilling and unhelpful and then deliberately try to keep me as a customer.

I went here for the first time to get a Covid booster. They could not run my insurance, which I use all the time without any problems. I just paid cash. They forgot to give me a card with proof of vaccination. I called to see if they could slip it in the mail because driving Is hard for me at this time. They said no. I asked the manager/owner to give me a call. I was going to let him know I have a PO Box and it would be safe to send. I would be willing to pay postage. I never received a call back and every time I called they would not answer the phone. This is highly unprofessional.
