I had a Wonderful experience with the staff and Dr !! They was very helpful, polite and caring. I will continue to recommend them and take my business to them. Thanks for a good experience!!

Been going there for years but was my wife's glasses lens came out within 2 days of her receiving the glasses.

I had an eye exam at the West Milton Vision Center on October 7,2024. The day of my exam they gave me a copy of my script. I went and purchased three pairs of glasses at another location. I received my glasses and immediately noticed something was wrong. When my glasses at West Milton Vision Center were ready I went in and explained that something was wrong with the script. The vision in my left eye was awful. They went back and the employee spoke with the doctor and the doctor noticed she did a typo for my astigmatism. It was supposed to be 013 but she put 113. I took the new script to the same place I purchased my three pairs of glasses and since it wasn't their fault, it was West Milton Vision Centers mistake, I had to pay $25.00 each pair to get my correct script put in my glasses. I

Can't thank them enough for helping me out and being so kind. I wasn't even a patient there yet. They put in more effort into helping me than I have seen any other office do. Highly recommend them.

My wife went in for an appointment was sent to er by quack Megan who told my wife she had symptoms of a stroke, long story short wife was in hospital the weekend no stroke or signs of it and healthy, and now I am stuck with a 4,000 medical bill, no thanks to her incompetence. Stay away from this place!!!
