I have been going to West Main Pharmacy for 16 years, but the last five years or so things began to change such as a medication was called in for my male cat for allergies, but I was given the wrong prescription for a whole year when doctor's office called in a refill, I received a call from West Main Pharmacy telling me that the medicine was going to be close to $11,000 I said how could that be it's the same medicine that my cat's been getting for the last year. To make a long story short I said the medication is only a steroid for allergies the woman called me back after I spoke to a gentleman there and told him that couldn't be the correct amount, but the woman that called me back said the original charge and price as well as medication for the first prescription was correct, but the fo

This is a wonderful pharmacy. The staff is kind and truly caring toward their patients. I highly recommend them! It’s always such a pleasant experience at West Main Pharmacy. After almost four years, I’m still often impressed by the exceptional level of customer service and genuine care they provide.

This pharmacy used to be decent, now anytime I need to find out if one of my refills are ready I call back to back to try talking to someone but they never answer, I try using the option for checking my refills to no avail and then before the machine kicks you off the line they ask if you would to leave a message only for it to let you know the voice mailbox is full. I was also trying to update my new phone number so I can get information about my prescriptions by text but how's that possible when you can't get ahold of them on the phone. So I suppose my only option is to go down there and wait for over an hour once again. They should have never taken in all the clients from Walgreens when they closed. It's all about the Almighty dollar I guess

My wife and I have been using West Main Pharmacy for a few years now and like it so much more than the large grocery store pharmacy we used to use. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They truly care about their customers. We are normally in and out within a very short period of time.

They've now screwed me and my husband this month. 45 pills for a 3 times a day med script. And 2 semglee insulin quick pens for a 5 pen script. Try calling and they dont answer and the voicemail is full EVERYTIME I call for anything!!! Ridiculous!!! My husband and I will be switching out of your pharmacy! Insulin is messing with someone's life!!! Yall should be reported!.
