West Islip Pharmacy – Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I am beyond disappointed with the way my prescription was handled at West Islip Pharmacy and, even more so, with how I was treated as a customer. My prescription was transferred to this pharmacy, and when I initially called to arrange pickup, I was told by an associate that it was too early to pick up, even though it was allowable. I explained that I would be away for two weeks and was reassured that this would not be an issue. Before leaving for vacation, I was explicitly told by both a store associate that my prescription would be held until I returned. This was clearly communicated and confirmed. Great service all around. Script are filled out quickly. Staff very friendly.

Such a pleasant experience here. They got my prescription, billed through insurance and it was ready right away. The technician was super friendly as well. Lovely clean pharmacy and such a nice change of pace from the chains.

Very helpful. Went there to get my eyes checked for the Dmv and they were super helpful and efficient
