The dentist Dr. Yin and the hygienist were very kind and made my teeth sparkling clean after several years of not seeing a dentist! The office staff were also very welcoming and responsive. You can definitely tell that this is a family practice. Will be coming back!

I received an appointment reminder call two days before my visit and I told the receptionist that I needed to reschedule. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Stated she was about to leave for the day and made a snarky comment that she could’ve given the appointment to someone else if I’d called sooner. She didn’t even reschedule the appointment and instead told me to call back on the day of to cancel. Why call me at 5 PM if you're about to leave and not prepared to assist? Awful experience, I won’t be returning.

Great experience with Dr. Yin. I was quite nervous about seeing dentist. But Dr. Yin is really professional and she does a gentle touch and finish the work nicely and quickly. That makes me not afraid of dental visiting anymore. Everyone is very friendly in the office too.

Great office! I recommend this office. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor is very nice and have the patience to answer my questions. I have been a client for over 18 years and have recommended a number of my family members and friends to Dr. Yen practice (West Hartford Dental) . Dr. Yen has an exceptional hand. I have worked with a few dentists through out my years. Hands down, this has been the best experience. I really appreciate the staff and Dr Yin is just great at what she does. She actually cares about the patients and does her best !!!! Thank you to everyone for all your help.
