Well let me start off saying that I actually love this place. I have been going to see Dr. Jose for 2 years now. I never had a issue or problem with him. He actually good. I can't speak for no one else. But for me it's great. I also deal with Mrs. Marie which she is a outstanding person. She always joyful with a great attitude and a good spirit. . Love her customer service. And also a few others that works in the back that have also been wonderful. So again on my end 5 🌟 for me.

Everytime I come here I have to wait 45 minutes before my boys get called to the back. It doesn’t matter what time our appointment is we ALWAYS wait 45 minutes in the lobby before they’re called to the back. I have been bringing them here for a 2 to 3 years now. The Dentist at this office does a good job. The older lady who cleans the teeth gives recommendations, and makes comments that aren’t true in my case and is rough when dealing with me personally. I only come here because it’s close to my house but after today. I WILL definitely find a better place for me and my boys. The ladies in the back that call us back is awesome. The lady at the front desk that sits right in the front checking people in doesn’t have the best customer service and isn’t welcoming and she let the people that ca

Let me start by saying this was the only place that would accept my son’s insurance for a root canal. Once the root canal was done ( and the dentist did a great job) of course I asked if they could show me what tooth was worked on, and the doctor looked at me like I was crazy. He kept telling me the number like I’m familiar with teeth. I asked if he could visually show me the tooth and he walked away. The assistant was nice enough to show me so I could keep an eye out on it. Once we left I dropped him off at school. When I requested a school excuse or something to show he was at the dentist I was told I would have to come all the way back to the dentist office just for an excuse or the school would have to request it. Went for a scaling and deep cleaning yesterday. Was not told that was what I was receiving till I asked. The dental hygienist was very rough. She should’ve used numbing gel on my gums before she started scaling my gums. She was more concerned with having a conversation with a coworker instead of my comfort. I was in pain after with a headache. I will not be returning.

The Dentist and his assistants in the back have always been pleasant since I’ve been coming here!! The problem is his receptionist Valerie she’s very rude and act as if she doesn’t want to be there she has a rude unpleasant demeanor!! Dr Jose is a phenomenal dentist but if he don’t get a grip of the front office they are going to cause him to lose patients because the front desk is who we have to go through 1st!!
