Terrible & traumatic experience. After tons of procedures to figure out what was wrong with me, I asked for treatment options & they said it would be “a liability” to offer me treatment. I asked if they could generally make any recommendations in regard to my diet (what can I eat without being in pain?) and the Dr answered “I would never tell a woman to diet 😉” which felt inappropriate and wasnt what I asked. The traumatic experience occurred when I woke up DURING my colonoscopy. They didn’t offer me any additional anesthesia, and I ended up having a very intensive full blown panic attack while they took their time hose-deep in my colon. I remember tears & snot running down my paper gown as I sobbed. The nurse was really annoyed and kept telling me “Stop crying, you’re fine.” I do not at a

Dr and back office staff was great no issue for 1st visit & endoscopy next door. I called follow up my endoscopy results sooner they told me they need cancel my appointment next week dr wont be in put ne on hold 12min. Office didn't call or email let me know now have wait another 2 weeks. I've been sever pain for months trying to find out what's wrong with me. Still have no idea & severe pain for months now. Front office can't understand well can tell she hates her job sadly. Didn't try move me up sooner or anything

The DRs at this location are good but the office staff is absolutely horrible. If & when they answer the phone they don't know what they are doing & seem to not care whn you want to correct them or complain about it. I have been lied to by their staff of when referrals have been sent & when I call Regal Med Grp the info is 100% diff then what the office staff tells me. My husbands procedures have had to be rescheduled several times due their incompetence. I'm not sure why these Physicians have such a useless staff.

I couldn't give it a 0 HORRIBLE CARE THE FRONT OFFICE MILAGROS WAS RUDE. NO SKILLS THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. DONT GO THERE. THE RECEPTIONIST DONT CARE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

DONT GO THERE! THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES OR FAX MACHINES! FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE (MILAGROS)AND CANT HANDLE HER POSITION. BETTER CARE ELSEWHERE!
