After trying two different dental offices for my family, I’m so happy to say we finally found the one, West Dover Dental! From the moment you walk in, the office feels very welcoming. The entire team is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly professional. The office is very clean and organized, and even the bathroom is spotless, which shows how much they care about their environment and patients. The whole process is smooth and well-explained. They clearly go over treatment plans, costs, and options, so you always know what to expect. Dr. Fletcher is incredibly kind and professional. They catered to the kids very well. The child we brought in was new to the country and never stepped foot in a dentist office. They noticed she was a bit scared and they made sure to make her feel as comfortable as possible. They even held her hand while talking calmly to her. We really appreciate them going the extra mile.

As a new patient to this office I had my 1st visit today. This is a clean and comfortable facility. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Fletcher and Brandy they and the whole team took very good care to explain what was happening today and explained my plan they had for set up for me in the future. They gave me a print out of that plan as well as any co-pays I may have. Thank you to all.

Very nice staff in this office. My toddler was very comfortable with the staff. The usual issues she has with dentist she did not have at all. They were very gentle with her and explained everything to me and made sure I had no questions or any confusion. 10/10 would recommend this office.

The lobby was clean, the wait time was very short when I went in. Receptionist, dental tech and doctor I saw today was wonderful. I was a new patient since my other one is so far away and they welcome and service I receive was easy going. I hate going to dentist and they made the experience comfortable especially with adhd, autism, my eplipsey diagnosis. They didn't make me feel like just a number in their system. Definitely be going back!
