Everyone was very nice. Doctor listened to my concerns i felt like he did a through exam. The results weren't exactly the ones I wanted to hear but they have handled the situation so far Very professional but with compassion as well. Dr. was defintely able to ease my mind a bit..So we shall see on the next appt in Febuary. Im accepting all prayers and positive vibes . Also wanted to add that the Nurse also was very nice and made me comfortable on a slightly awkward situation. So good experience for me all around so..more to come.

Dr Braun is very nice and took the time I needed to answer all the questions I had. She was thorough and helpful. I didn’t get the nurses name but she was great as well. The office staff is also very helpful.

Best part of this place is the location. Very easy to find lots of parking. Directions to find the office pretty self explanatory. Being someone with ptsd at times when triggered I tend to forget in the moment no matter how brief it maybe it’s distracting. People who aren’t familiar with my condition they think the worst. They say “ first impressions “ are important. As much as that may be true it’s not for people like this. All of us are different however, we are not any different then what people deem as “ normal. My experience inside the office was more than I could have asked for with their clinical staff. I don’t expect them all to be cheerful because, I don’t always have that face all the time. That doesn’t mean I’m in a bad mood. I’m simply in my own moment of peace. They all gr

My experience was fantastic, upon entering I noticed how clean and well organized the lobby and space was , along with bright and cheerful staff, I felt very welcomed and at ease. The practitioner was very proficient and friendly, while providing excellent service and or care.. I felt safe and would highly recommend West Dermatology to a friend.

I had an exceptionally positive experience wit this office! The staff is kind and helpful. I got in for my appointment on time and all my questions were answered with patience and concern. I can’t say enough positive things!
